Hemra Kona site-plan hearing continued; applicant given short extension to supply outstanding engineering responses

Commissioners raised a list of items still under review in letters from the city engineer and fire marshal, and at least one abutter had asked for clearer boundary identification and tree-removal clarification. VanBierro acknowledged the need for additional survey and engineering details and the commission agreed to table the application pending a written extension from the applicant; commissioners warned that failure to provide the extension could result in a denial without prejudice.
Motion to table passed by roll call, 6-0, with the applicant asked to provide the additional materials and to coordinate with staff and reviewers.
