The Lake County Board of Supervisors unanimously rescinded Resolution 2025-102 and approved the first reading of an ordinance to adopt Development Agreement 24-01 for the Guenoc Valley Mixed Use Plan Development Project, moving the ordinance to a future meeting for final consideration.
The change corrects a procedure error from the board’s Aug. 26 action: the county’s zoning code requires development agreements be adopted by ordinance rather than by resolution, Community Development Director Maria Turner told the board.
