Council approves first-reading zoning change for 1825 South Plate Street for Sweet Peas Play Cafe LLC

The Kokomo Common Council approved Ordinance 72-09 on first reading to rezone 1825 South Plate Street from NC (neighborhood commercial) to C-2 (medium/large-scale general commercial) at the request of Sweet Peas Play Cafe LLC.

The ordinance, read by the clerk, was introduced as Case P-19-Z-25, a petition from Sweet Peas Play Cafe LLC seeking the zoning change for the property at 1825 South Plate Street. Councilman Dricu moved that the council pass Ordinance 72-09 on first reading. "I would move that we pass ordinance 72 0 9 on first reading," Dricu said.
