The Park City Utility Department said residents can now check daily water usage and set email alerts through the My 360 portal at parkcitytansas.gov.
The portal, the department said during a public announcement, lets users view daily consumption on a dashboard and set alerts to notify them when usage exceeds a set threshold or when water appears to be running while they are away.
Utility Department staff provided step-by-step instructions for creating an account: go to parkcitytansas.gov, open the Our Departments menu, select Utility Billing, click the My 360 consumer portal link and choose Create an Account. Customers must enter their water account number, full name and street address exactly as they appear on the water bill, provide an email address, pick and answer three security questions and complete registration by clicking a verification link sent to the provided email. After creating a password and returning to the login page, customers can access the My 360 dashboard.
Staff member, Utility Department staff, said, "We hope this new portal is a great tool for you. As always, if you have questions, please reach out to the utility department." The department also said questions can be directed to the utility department for assistance.
No votes, motions or formal actions were taken; the announcement was informational.
