Committee grants preliminary approval to Lakes Bluff preliminary plat

The Adams County Planning and Zoning Committee granted preliminary approval to the Lakes Bluff preliminary plat and expected the developer to return next month with a final plat after technical corrections and reviews are completed.

Dusty said the plat had completed staff review and appeared straightforward; any necessary corrections arising from county review or town comments would be addressed before final plat submission. The committee voted unanimously to grant preliminary approval.
