Commissioners moved and seconded the motions on the floor and the chair announced each motion carried.
The consent calendar carried items including approval of the Oct. 15 general meeting minutes, claims and payroll, human resources reports, and setting a zoning ordinance hearing date and authorized advertising. The commission also approved a series of plats: Currys Edge Sixth Edition; Larco da Acres First Edition; SC Krueger Edition; Jeremy Johnson addition to Columbia; Columbia 20 Fifth outlet; Connect First Edition to Houghton; Mopar First Edition; and New Angus Second Subdivision. For each item the meeting record shows a motion, a second, and the chair announcing the motion carried.
The commission then moved into executive session for personnel matters on a motion by Commissioner Weese and a second; the meeting minutes state the commission returned from executive session “with no action as a result.” The meeting adjourned following the executive session.
