Francine Moore, a lifelong Farmington Hills resident, used the public comment period to describe her appreciation for Heritage Park and to note her decades of municipal service. "I like to go to Heritage Park and walk the trails, see the scenery," Moore said, identifying herself as a Farmington Hills resident who worked at the city police department for 37 years, beginning Jan. 18, 1988. She added that she was still in high school when she started and said, "I think Farmington Hills is a great place to live, and I'm your neighbor." The remarks were delivered as public comment and did not reference any agenda item, motion, or formal action by the council.
