Cassandra Yamas, a Farmington Hills resident, told the meeting she has lived in the city for more than 30 years and described Farmington Hills as a place with a strong sense of community and diversity. She said neighbors in the city would "drop what they're doing to come and help you." Yamas also described a family event, saying her parents participated in the Farmington Hills "I Do Still" vow renewal ceremony to mark their more than 35 years of marriage.
