The rezoning changes the parcel from O (office) to a combination of CB (community business) and MF (multifamily). "If approved, those voluntarily offered conditions are in the form of a conditional rezoning agreement that is recorded," said Brett Salvinon, community development director, describing how the condition package creates enforceable limits on uses, height and other site features.
The council and the applicant said the proposal is consistent with the North Troy special area plan and the city master plan goal of repurposing underused office land for a compatible mix of uses.…
