The board voted, by roll call, to approve March and April board minutes, the March 2025 financial statement and short-term investments, revised appropriation budgets (items a–e), Secure 2 plan operational provisions for 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans, and the capital improvement plan as presented at a special meeting April 2. The board also passed resolutions establishing a capital projects fund (Fund 070) pursuant to Ohio Revised Code §5705.13(c) and authorized transfers from the general fund to that capital projects fund.
