City Planner Ryan Holmesy described the request as “a fairly straightforward request,” saying the replat was meant to “rectify at least that lot line issue” after work at 550 West David Parkway was unintentionally located partly on the neighboring property. Holmesy told the commission the proposed lot layout meets minimum lot size, frontage and setback requirements and that the surveyor must certify (seal) the final plat.
