County to ratify $20,000 LegacyLink addendum for senior meals and transport

Senior Services Director Dom Johnson told commissioners June 5 that LegacyLink provided LegacyLink contract addendum number 2 for fiscal year 2025, adding $20,000.90 to be used for meals and transportation. Johnson said the county will try to obligate the additional funds in June to close out FY25 and requested the board ratify the addendum at the voting session so payments can be made.
Johnson said the addendum arrived May 15 and, because the fiscal year ends June 30, staff would like ratification at the upcoming voting session to allow expenditure in the current fiscal year. Commissioners indicated support for moving the ratification forward.
