Court defers finding of guilt for Crystal Velas; restitution and deferred terms set

Judge Boyd instructed the clerk and probation staff to note payments and prepare documents for the December hearing; the transcript shows the parties reviewed the payment plan and the defendant acknowledged the terms on the record.
