JVCC advisory board approves prior meeting minutes; schedules complaint-review session

The JVCC advisory board approved minutes from its Sept. 27, 2024 meeting, scheduled a complaint-review committee meeting at 1:00 p.m. the same day, and then adjourned the Oct. 10 session.

The board's chair asked if there were corrections to the minutes; when none were offered a motion to approve the minutes was made and seconded. The chair called for the vote and members said "Aye." The chair announced, "We'll approve the minutes, from 09/27/2024," and moved on to the next agenda item.

Earlier in the meeting staff had said the complaint-review committee would meet at 1:00 p.m. to consider several complaints that were recommended for action at the advisory-board level.

At the end of the meeting a member moved to adjourn, a second was offered, the board voted and the meeting was adjourned.
