Hannah told the board the work on that parcel covers two separate structures: a one-story building occupied by Renewed Strength Family Chiropractic and Wellness and a two-story building occupied by Clint Goine State Farm; the applicant on the file is Angela Goine, the property manager for owners Neil and Carol Watts.
