Inspector Chuck Mason of the Office of Professional Standards presented the PCR (professional conduct review) summary. “Other than one open PCR from May that’s currently being worked on by Lieutenant Moran, we’re caught up,” Mason said, and the report noted there were no formal complaints filed during June. Mason told the board the open case from May remains under investigation.
