Commissioner welcomes scheduled tour of military base to improve community understanding

"Since the base has become very hard to get on for people who are not actually connected with the base, work on the base, have a military ID or something like that, you don't know really what goes on there," the commissioner said, describing the tour as "an opportunity for them to explain to us the complexities of what they do."
