Board approves consent agenda; moves into closed session and adjourns

Vice President Melman moved to approve the consent agenda with items 4.1 and 4.3 carried to the next meeting; Dr. Meester seconded. The board conducted a roll-call vote; the chair announced the motion carries.
Later in the meeting the board approved a motion to enter closed session for personnel matters. The motion to go into closed session was moved by Miss Thompson and seconded by Mr. Park; the motion carried and the board recessed to closed session at 8:03 p.m. The meeting returned only to record final personnel action and to adjourn.
The meeting concluded after the executive session. A motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Segal and seconded by Miss Thompson and was adopted by voice vote; the board adjourned at 9:56 p.m.
