- National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October 2025). The board adopted a proclamation recognizing the month and highlighting local screening availability.
Consent agenda: The board approved the consent agenda items 5A through 5H, which the clerk’s report summarized as: appointments to the First 5 Mono County Children and Families Commission; transitional-age-youth grant allocation for transitional housing; a memorandum of understanding with the Mono County Superior Court; authorization to purchase two animal-control trucks; an amendment to the county 401(a) retirement plan; July and August 2025 treasury transaction summary reports; and the quarterly investment report.
