St. Pete Beach95At its Oct. 2, 2025 meeting, the St. Pete Beach Historic Preservation Board approved local historic landmark designations for five properties: 10220 Third Avenue in Pass-a-Grille (case 24080); 3105 South Baysen Avenue (case 25102); 3207 South Baysen Avenue (case 25103); 7100 Boca Ciega Drive (case 25105); and the primary four-unit apartment building and adjacent cottage at 120 Third Avenue (case 25120).
Board staff told members the applications met local criteria for architectural character and historical significance. "Staff is recommending that this single family residential structure located at 10220 Third Avenue be recognized as a locally designated historic landmark property," Lynn Rosetti, consulting contract planner for the city of St. Pete Beach, said during the presentation on the Pass-a-Grille property.
