The Grant County Redevelopment Commission voted to table the request to order appraisals for the parcels at 415–417 South Branch and Street because the seller had not yet committed to sell.

Bookout told commissioners he would prefer a seller commitment before the commission spends money on appraisals. A motion to table the appraisal work was made by Commissioner Street and seconded by Commissioner Lemming; the chair called for a voice vote and the motion carried.

No appraisal contract was authorized at the meeting; staff will return the item for action if and when a seller commits to a sale.
