Board approves RFQ to market two tax-foreclosed parcels

The resolution authorizes distribution of an RFQ for marketing and sale of parcel 73-014-02-0184-008 (commonly known in township records as 20443 West River) and parcel 73-027-6 (Dallas Road). The agenda reports these are treasury sales resulting from tax delinquencies; the township has accepted first right of refusal on both parcels and is seeking a realtor to list and sell the properties.
Board members noted the RFQ will be open to any qualified realtor, including local agents, and that proposals may come from outside the area. The distribution and selection process will follow township purchasing practices and the RFQ posted by the administration.
