Trustees of the Northport-East Northport Union Free School District reported outcomes from three summer retreats, approved committee rosters for the coming year and the superintendent outlined the district's community engagement schedule.

Trustee Donna McDonough said the board convened three retreats that produced board priorities, committee assignments and a review of the superintendent evaluation framework. Dr. Jason Andrews led a team-development session on July 14; Dr. Moyer and Dr. Brody joined administrators on July 17 to present a data-dashboard review and priority setting; and a July 24 session covered committee updates and the district calendar, trustees said.

The board approved membership for several standing committees. Trustee Mike Cleary and Christine Regiri were named to the audit committee. Trustee Donna McDonough and another trustee were listed for the board communications and community engagement committee. The long-range financial planning committee was assigned to Donna McDonough and the board president (name not specified in the transcript). The policy committee members were recorded as Dave Zanes and Ray.
