- Ordinance amending ordinance 11999: change order with Gardner Construction for design-build work at 427 Mill Street (project 24-021), increasing the contract by $40,111 (approved).
- Ordinance amending HDR Engineering agreement for the Liberty Transportation Master Plan (project 23-009), increasing the professional-services contract by $4,800 from $428,310 to $433,110 (approved).
- Resolution accepting the North Church Road and Camille Street storm-sewer repair project 25-011 with Havens Construction (approved).
- Resolution to provide direct funding for consulting services with CFS Engineers related to a plant-planning Sustainable Places program project along Lightburn in an amount not to exceed $7,781 (approved).
- Resolutions granting certificates of appropriateness for exterior improvements at 104 East Franklin and at 316 East Franklin (both approved; 104 East Franklin also covered in the separate redevelopment ordinance on the same agenda).
Council members repeatedly waived the rules to consider several of these items on first reading and approved them by unanimous vote. Several of these items had brief staff presentations and no public commentary.
