The Estacada City Council approved a draft set of council goals developed at a Feb. 2 workshop and presented again on Feb. 10. Staff consolidated items discussed at the workshop into a draft goals document and asked the council for confirmation. A councilor moved to adopt the goals for 02/2025; the motion passed with verbal “aye” responses and no recorded opposition.
The adopted goals will be formatted and published by staff. Council members discussed minor edits during the presentation but did not record any substantive amendments in the public meeting. Staff will prepare a finalized version for distribution to the public and for use in departmental work plans.
