Council moved the consent agenda as a single motion and approved it 9-0.
Council then approved the bills and payroll list labeled 220251013 in the amount of $1,622,197.24. Administration described the list as about the municipality's monthly average and said it covered routine items including health care and payroll.
On planning and zoning business, council authorized staff to send a proposed amendment for adaptive reuse (Ordinance 10-13-25A) to the Planning and Zoning Commission and to county planners for comments, with a public hearing to be scheduled after comments are received.
