“I would enter chain a motion to amend the agenda to remove the grievance hearing as apparently, the union wasn't aware it was placed on the agenda,” the presiding official said. Another board member responded, “So moved,” and the presiding official called for a second; the presiding official then announced, “All in favor. Aye. Motion passes.”
