Fresno City Council met in a special session at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 13, for a closed-session "conference with labor negotiators" covering all employee units listed on the agenda, and recessed into closed session after hearing no public comment.

City Attorney read the closed-session roster and said, "Today in closed session, we have item a, conference with labor negotiators, all units listed on the agenda. And we will we may have reportable items after closed session." Council President Kerbassy then closed the public portion and the council proceeded into closed session. When the council reconvened, Council President Kerbassy said, "I'd like to thank everyone for joining us for our meeting today. We adjourn from closed session at 11:35, and there are no announcements."
