Miami Lakes veterans subcommittee approves vendors, schedule and sponsorship push for December 13 5K packet and race operations

The Miami Lakes Veterans Committee voted to approve a set of vendors, event deadlines and fundraising steps to support the town’s December 13 5K and related activities.

Committee members approved using a single vendor (identified in the meeting as “Safeguard”) for bags, shirts and medals, accepted an in-kind sponsorship that will place the vendor’s logo on race bags, and added the committee’s and the town’s 25-year anniversary logos to merchandise.
