Deborah (commission member) thanked volunteers who helped hang the show and said reception arrangements include light refreshments. Labels and exhibit layout were completed by Bev (commission member). The commission has moved artist applications to a Google Form and a shared folder so commission members can review applications and plan the 2026 schedule well in advance.
Commission members said they intend to display a poster contest for schoolchildren in October–November and are lining up a winter show. The commission requested that members help recruit artists and encouraged anyone interested to submit the new Google form application or email the arts commission address.
