Dave (commission member) moved to approve the design with requested revisions; a second was recorded and the motion carried. Commissioners asked Vince to provide a vectorized digital mock-up sized to the longest poem so the text can be legible on all installations.

During discussion members flagged practical constraints: the mounting bolts that may cross sign artwork, the size limits for lines and words per panel, and the need to include city and commission logos and a possible QR code. Vince agreed to reduce the mountainscape in the art to accommodate type and logos and to supply a digital file after receiving the largest poem to set type size. Commissioners also discussed visual choices such as symmetrical color bands and a subtle corner motif to represent a color wheel while keeping the poetry text prominent.
