After brief discussion, a member moved that the commission present Elizabeth to the City Council as a new Downtown Estacada Commission member; another member seconded. The motion passed on a voice vote. The commission did not record individual roll-call votes in the transcript.
The commission also confirmed it had reviewed and adopted the minutes from the June meeting earlier in the session by voice vote.
