Chairman David Campbell asked whether members had concerns about drainage; multiple members said they had none. The board voted by voice to approve the site plan after a motion and a second were recorded on the agenda.
The building official, Roberto Moreno, and town manager Elizabeth Mascaro were present during the discussion; the town clerk Amber Brown recorded the action.
The approval authorizes the renovation to proceed under the conditions discussed and reflected in the site-plan packet and the stormwater report provided to the board. The board did not record detailed conditions beyond those noted in the submitted materials; the town commission or permitting staff may require further documentation during permitting and inspection.
