Chair Harlan closed the public‑comment portion after Simoe finished; no additional speakers in chambers or on Zoom responded. Commissioner Dixon asked staff for a follow‑up: he requested that staff send him the conditions of approval that apply to the gym at 140 Seventeenth Street within the next few weeks so commissioners could better understand what the business may or may not be allowed to do under its permit.
City staff did not provide a public response during the meeting beyond agreeing to provide the conditions to Commissioner Dixon; any enforcement or code‑compliance action would follow the city’s usual code‑enforcement procedures.
