- Agenda approval: Board member Keith moved to approve the agenda as presented; Cassidy seconded. The board voted aye and the motion carried.
- Consent agenda: The board approved the consent agenda, which included superintendent approvals of the Sept. 22, 2025 regular and closed-session minutes, business administrative services items (medical leave, change of contract, terminations, resignations, retirements, new employees, and additional staffing requests). Lorelei moved to approve the consent agenda and Cassidy seconded; the board voted aye and the motion carried.
- Adjournment: Board member Keith moved to adjourn the Oct. 13, 2025 meeting at 6:48 p.m.; Cassidy seconded. The board approved the motion by voice vote.
