The Centennial FiberWorks Commission voted 4-0 Sept. 23 to approve a professional services agreement with Nancy Fran LLC to market the citys fiber network and broker dark-fiber leases, with a 50/50 revenue share and no upfront payments to the contractor.
The agreement, described to the commission by city staff member Mr. Peterson, authorizes the city manager to execute a contract with Nancy Fran LLC, the firm owned by Nancy Casados. Mr. Peterson said the firm would produce city-approved marketing materials, act as a point of contact for new customer inquiries, and assist or lead negotiations on open-access dark-fiber leases and IRUs, subject to city approval of any final lease terms.
Mr. Peterson told commissioners, "Today, the fiber commission is gonna be considering resolution 20 25 FCR o 4. So this resolution would approve a professional services agreement or PSA with Nancy Fran LLC. So this is Nancy Casados' firm, and the…
