The committee approved the motion to designate Chair Lisa Martin to execute the crosswalk memorandum and to reimburse the town; the motion passed by voice vote. Members said the funds had been transferred in an earlier year (cited as 2018 or 2019) and that the district’s previously certified E&D and fund balances would cover the reimbursement.
