Police chief reports 2,490 calls and 107 adult arrests for August

Police Chief (name not stated) told the Maryville Metropolitan Police Commission that for "the month of August of 02/2025" the department recorded 2,490 calls for service and 4,461 officer responses.

The chief reported 107 adult arrests and one juvenile arrest, about 404 traffic stops that resulted in 336 citations, approximately 128 accident reports (including state and police service reports), 21 domestic battery incidents and about 40 thefts.
