Council and staff discussed replacement timing and lifecycle assumptions, noting different vehicle classes and police cars follow distinct replacement cycles depending on mileage and use. Staff said they will correct presentation errors and update budget comments where replacement amounts were not correctly shown in the draft packet.
No formal decisions were made; staff said they will refine the replacement schedule and update council on final costs and procurement timing during the budget process.
