Alice ISD hears progress report on new stadium; board to consider adding 175 visitor parking spaces

The Alice ISD Board on Oct. 13 received a construction progress update on the district’s new football stadium from Weber Jacobs and design partners, who reported major foundation and site utilities work is complete and said structural steel and other vertical work should appear on site by late October or early November.
Tim Leiser of Weber Jacobs gave the update, saying key milestones include MEP underground utilities and foundations poured for Buildings A, B (press box) and C, and plumbing and footings now underway at Building D (the field house).
