The magistrate found notice was properly provided and that the property remained in violation of city code section 12.23 (junk and debris). He imposed a fine of $100 per day commencing Aug. 9, 2025, and included city administrative costs of $216.58 in the order. The magistrate said a certified copy of the order may be recorded as a lien on the subject property.
The order requires the respondent to notify code enforcement when the violations are corrected so staff can confirm compliance.
