DRC recommends SP25-039 (Wildlife Parcel 4B) assisted-living site to department heads; no departmental objections recorded

Tabitha Bostic, chair of Nassau County Development Services, presented SP25-039 Wildlife Parcel 4B at the Oct. 14, 2025 Development Review Committee meeting and described it as “This assisted living facility, individual living facility.”
Bostic asked for departmental comments; representatives from Fire Rescue, Planning, Development Services, Environmental Health and the Building Department each replied that they had no comments. Bridal Rigdon (Nassau County Fire Rescue) said “No comment.” Stephanie Kaiser (Planning) said “Planning has no comments.” Kayla Perris (Development Services) said “we have no further comments on tab b.” Kathy/Cathy Vanzant of Environmental Health and Constance Lake of the Building Department also recorded no comments.
Because the Development Review Committee is an advisory body, the item was forwarded to department heads for final approval. The project was recorded on the agenda as SP25-039WildlifeParcel4B. No formal vote was taken by the committee; minutes show a recommendation to advance the project for departmental approval without substantive departmental objections.
