The commission conditioned the approval on compliance with a new operation and maintenance (O&M) plan, annual submission of inspection reports and a prohibition on outdoor vehicle washing on the property.
The project and decision: The applicant asked the commission to decide that the proposed work may proceed without a new Order of Conditions. Attorney Jack Kelty said the long‑term O&M plan was intended to “make up for the sort of negligence of the parties managing the Audi facility in previous years,” and that the owner will begin filing reports under the new plan.
