Historic Greeley Inc updated the commission on organizational activities, saying the membership meeting this coming Saturday is open to nonmembers and will include a reveal of the group's 2025 weekend preservation project.

The group said Colorado State University is providing an intern to assist with archiving items at the Southern Gillespie House. Historic Greeley Inc also said it continues to monitor downtown development and to promote reuse of historic buildings as projects move through design review.

Commissioners thanked the organization for the update. The announcement was informational and no formal action was taken.
