Staff said the work is scheduled for fall/winter construction with completion prior to 2026 and is P3-funded through the Cottonwood Commercial Area Urban Renewal District.
Procurement: Seven responsive bids were received; HCG Construction was low at $515,000 and staff recommended award. Council approved the award unanimously.
Next steps: staff will finalize contract documents and begin construction work in the fall/winter schedule; the urban renewal district will fund the work as planned.
