PDP-2025-31: Wolf Creek Plaza (revised preliminary plan) — Approved 10-0. Staff supported site geometry changes for Lot 8 and required amenities and EV charging be detailed at final development plan.
PDP-2025-16: Southeast corner of 130th and Switzer (Corbin Park parcels) — Approved 10-0 with stipulations A–Q. Applicant agreed to stipulations; final development plans will return with architecture and screening details.
