The Planning and Development Committee approved a rezoning request at 340 Bagwell Road (CZ-2025-064) during its Oct. 6, 2025 meeting. Planning staff and the Greenville County Planning Commission recommended approval.

Planning staff said the 1.1-acre parcel, located about 0.25 miles south of the intersection of Roper Mountain Road and Feaster Road, currently contains a single-family residence under construction and is zoned RS (Residential Suburban). The applicant requested rezoning to R20 (Single-Family Residential) to allow single-family residential use; staff concluded the rezoning would be consistent with similar land uses and would not adversely impact surrounding properties.

A motion to approve carried by voice vote; the transcript records committee members saying “Aye.” The transcript does not name the mover. The record shows the rezoning approved and the committee moved to the next docket.
