Board members elected Stephanie Crane as president, Steve Hyer as vice president, and Mrs. Egan as treasurer. Mrs. McGinnis was appointed temporary secretary at the start of the meeting and was later elected board secretary. Greg Mead was elected temporary chair for the opening portion of the meeting. All motions to elect officers and to appoint the temporary secretary were made, supported and carried.
The meeting also approved the consent agenda as amended (item 2.3 was removed from consent and moved to action items).
