Legislator Mark Russo called for members of the public to speak on the operating or capital budget; no members of the public came forward and the hearing was closed. The clerk recorded the roll as 14 present and one excused for the meeting.
With the public hearing closed, the Legislature proceeded to its regular agenda and committee reports.
