- Purchase approvals: Tasers and body cameras from Axon Enterprises (5-year amount $148,599.13) (motion: Commissioner Williams; second: Commissioner Mitchell). Approved unanimously.
- Grants and program approvals: Acceptance of FY2025–26 SAMHSA grant to expand substance use disorder treatment capacity in adult and family treatment drug courts (Year 1 funds $252,896) (motion: Commissioner Edmondson; second: Commissioner Mitchell). Approved unanimously.
- Roads, donations and interlocal agreements: Multiple acceptance-of-donation deeds for right-of-way on the Bartold Road project; an interlocal cooperation agreement with the Town of Double Oak for radio communications and with the city of Denton for the Loop 288 East/US 380 connector (motions varied; all were approved by voice vote).
